Nice local campground. Close to town in case you forget something. Clean, nicely maintained.
This is a decent campground. Most plots are on rock, though they have added nice concrete pads. Shade is somewhat limited if you aren't in the lower basin, which can be rather annoying if you don't have AC or wish to experience more natural camping settings. It can get hot and buggy very quickly. Great lake, good fishing.
We love camping here because we can get sites right on the lake. It's peaceful and I enjoy watching and photographing the various birds.
Lots of pull through sites and lakeside camping. The new camping area, has a great view!
